See Naira Marley's Funny Reply To Fans That Asked Him To Lead "End SARS" Protest


Nigerian singer and songwriter, Azeez Adeshina Fashola, known professionally as Naira Marley has spoken about the constant threats and violence Nigerians have suffered at the hands of SARS officers.

The singer in a recent tweet, lashed out at SARS officers for shooting and killing Nigerians, especially those who are not prone to any form of violence.

The leader of "Marlians" who was once arrested by the EFCC for Internet fraud crimes, called on Nigerians to stop protesting on Twitter, and learn to protest in real life.

His words were..

“We need to stop protesting on twitter because that’s all we’ve been doing.We need to protest in real life, just say u’re scared and you will rather tweet from home”.

The "Am I A Yahoo Boy" crooner also replied those that urged him to lead the #EndSARS protest, saying that he will lead, but he will later land in ‘kirikiri’ prison.

Recall the singer was also arrested for violating COVID-19 lockdown restrictions.

In response to fans, Naira Marley tweeted..

"If y'all want me to lead D protest, I will lead but just know that they will send me to kirikiri prison this time"
