Tory Lanez Charged On Two Counts With The Shooting Of Megan Thee Stallion

 


Canadian singer and rapper, Daystar Shemuel Shua Peterson, better known by his stage name Tory Lanez has been charged on two counts with the shooting of fellow artist, Megan Thee Stallion during an argument earlier this year.

Tory Lane is accused of shooting Megan Thee Stallion's feet after a heated argument between the two, on July 12, 2020.

Megan who had earlier silent about the incident, finally acknowledged Tory as the shooter via her Instagram handle on August 20, when she said;

“Yes … Tory shot me,” and urged him to “stop lying” about the incident.

The 27-year-old Canadian rapper and singer is due to be arranged before court on Tuesday in Los Angeles. If found convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of roughly 23 years.
