4 White capsule

Preparation

Wash and pluck the Dogoyaro leaves and put them inside the bottle of Ogogoro.

Now pour in the 4 White capsule inside the mix.

Shake and allow the mixture to ferment for 2-3 hours.

Take one shot before breakfast and one shot before dinner.

If you don't have access to the Dogoyaro leaf, or perhaps you don't drink alcohol, then follow this next method.

Requirements

12 Lime orange

4 tea bags of Lipton

75cl of clean water


Preparation

Wash and slice the lime orange into two halves then put in a pot/kettle.

Add 75cl of water inside the pot/kettle.

Now add the 4 tea bags of Lipton.

Put the pot on fire and allow to boil for 10 minutes.

Serve when warm.
